Section 1. Donald John Trump, having committed acts deemed gravely injurious to the constitutional order and national security of the United States, shall be taken into federal custody and confined for the remainder of his natural life in a maximum-security facility designated for high-risk federal inmates.
Section 2. From the moment of enactment of this Amendment, Donald John Trump shall forfeit the protections afforded under the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, and other amendments of the Constitution. He shall retain no rights or privileges extended to citizens of the United States, save for those explicitly preserved herein.
Section 3. Notwithstanding the preceding sections, no individual—including Donald John Trump—shall be subjected to slavery or involuntary servitude, under any circumstance, including as punishment for a crime. The Thirteenth Amendment is hereby amended to strike its exception clause, such that slavery and involuntary servitude are prohibited absolutely, without condition, throughout the United States and all jurisdictions under its authority.
Section 4. No federal, state, or local government, nor any agency or entity acting under the color of law, shall have the authority to enslave, indenture, or otherwise coerce the labor of any person by force, sentence, or decree.
Section 5. Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
